The name of my blog comes from, frankly and simply, the color of my eyes and the tumultuous thoughts that float around behind them. Our eyes are critically important to how we take in and look at life. Personally, my eyes have been opened by my Savior to see the truth, which has set me free and can free you as well from the lies and chains of sin (John 8:32). There's a lot on my mind a lot of the time. I'm working on writing just as myself without trying to conform to some other style already belonging to a different writer or someone I appreciate. I'm letting Jesus work through me to mold my heart and make my life mirror him. I love others because God loved me first (1 John 4:19). There's a lot to learn, a lot of ways to grow, and lot to be taking in.
I'd like to keep things simple. I pray you are encouraged, challenged, and provoked. All for the glory of God.
